Refunds and Returns
Returns: Returns are only accepted for adjustment of orders. If your order is received and the item needs a size or color adjustment, it is eligible for a return. Return must be done with a 14 day period.
Refunds: We have a no refund policy since all items are custom made. If there is a shipping issue with your order and the package is lost, your order will be replaced. If there is a sizing or color issue, the item will then adjusted and resent. All sales from the clearance or ready to ship catalogs are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be requested in a 24 hour period after the order has been placed. After this 24 hour period, there will be no cancellations facilitated. Please make your cancellation request by sending an email to wildflowertropical@gmail.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
